How to Use Your Evamore Pad

1. Place the pad in your underwear with the black side facing up.

2. Wrap the wings under the gusset of your underwear and snap them together.

3. Wear comfortably for 6–8 hours depending on your flow.

4. For interlabial pads, gently place the pad between your labia for extra support or flow direction.
